Projeto de Estabilidade de um Edifício

Abstract

O trabalho desenvolvido tem como tema a elaboração de uma projeto de estabilidade de uma estrutura em betão armado a construir. O presente documento refere-se ao relatório do projeto de estabilidade que foi desenvolvido, que inclui à parte deste, a memória descritiva e justificativa do edifício com as respetivas peças desenhadas, sendo que também é apresentado a estimativa orçamental para a construção do mesmo. A estrutura analisada foi escolhida aleatoriamente e refere-se a um hotel rural, localizado na Covilhã, que foi analisado na sua essência por um programa de análise estrutural propriedade da empresa Arktec e que permite, num único modelo, o cálculo de todos os elementos estruturais. O relatório apresenta as epatas que foi necessário abordar para a elaboração do projeto de estabilidade. As etapas mais relevantes prendem-se com a quantificação das ações, os critérios de dimensionamento, a solução estrutural adotada, o dimensionamento, a modelação e a análise estrutural do edifício com recurso ao programa de cálculo automático, as conclusões, a obtenção das peças desenhas e, por fim, a estimativa orçamental. O projeto foi elaborado tendo por base diversos regulamentos e normas, nomeadamente portuguesas e europeias, e por outros documentos como tabelas técnicas.

This developed work has as theme the elaboration of a project of stability of a structure to build in reinforced concrete. This document refers to a report of the project of stability which was developed and which includes the descriptive and justification memory of the building with the correspondent drawings. It is also presented a budget approximate to its construction. The structure analyzed was chosen in a random sample and it refers to a rural hotel, situated in Covilhã, which was analyzed in its essentially by a structural analytical program which belongs to Arktec, that allows in an unique model, the calculation of all the structure elements. The report presents the stages which were necessary to deal with the elaboration of the stability´s project. The most relevant stages are related to the quantification of actions, the criteria of measurement, the structural solution adopted, the measurement, the moulding and structural analysis of the building with the help of the program of an automatic calculation, the conclusions, the achieving of drawings and the budget approximate. The project was elaborated having in mind several regulations and rules, namely Portuguese and European, and by other documents such as technique tables.
