Proposta de habitação social em Albufeira: contributos para uma nova vivência

Abstract

A seguinte dissertação com o tema “Proposta de Habitação Social em Albufeira Contributos para uma nova Vivência”, remete uma análise teórica da habitação social a custos controlados no século XX | XXI, tanto a nível nacional como internacional. A habitação é o núcleo central de uma vida familiar proporcionado o bem estar e um desenvolvimento social equilibrado, uma vez que atinge diretamente o Homem e os seus comportamentos. Deste modo a habitação social é um ponto sensível, devendo ser facultada pelo Estado, com diferentes praticas e teorias, no sentido de promover uma habitação ao mesmo tempo barata, eficaz e digna para qualquer pessoa. No entanto, se deficientemente aplicado, pode gerar alguma marginalidade e diferenciação social. O tema abordado nasce de um forte interesse em contribuir para as melhorias sociais, na cidade de Albufeira, de famílias carenciadas a nível de habitação. Após a uma análise teórica, surgiram as primeiras diretrizes que serviram de suporte para o processo criativo e para a concepção de uma nova proposta de Habitação Social a Custos Controlados num terreno destinado a regime de habitação social futura (Caliços, Albufeira).

The theme of this essay “The Proposal of Social Housing in Albufeira leads to a new life Experience”, delivers a theoretical analysis on controlled costs of social habitation during the XX / XXI century, both nationally and internationally. Habitation is the core of family life, providing wellbeing and a balanced social development, since it directly affects man and his behavior. In this way social housing becomes a sensitive matter with different practices and theories, which should be provided by the state, in order to provide dwellings which while inexpensive would still remain both effective and dignified for all. However, if deficiently applied this may cause a certain degree of marginality and social differentiation. The theme approached was born from a strong interest in contributing to social improvements within the town of Albufeira and of families in need of habitation. After a theoretical analyses, the first guidelines were born that would support the creative process and the concept of a new proposal for controlled costs to acquire a plot of land to be developed for future social housing (Caliços, Albufeira).
